Anime is a mistake, change my mind
Like, its obvious? using Bloodhound means you sacrificed dmg for mobility.
Not hard considering how Comics, Movies and TV Series are more concerned on checking boxes and trying to lecture the audience about how much they suck and have to do better.
As it is now its just kind of weird with how all these abilities compare to each other, especially since bloodhound step replaces the offensive power of a weapon for near invulnerability. I don't think bloodhound step would be a mistake if implemented properly its just easy mode right now.
To be fair im pretty sure western media is destroying itself. Its hard to sell a product when you make the products actively insult the consumer.
has literally zero intention of having their mind changed lol
Both are pretty garbage when you look at the majority of both sides. Animes have their own big problems from being cringe fanservice all the way to having bad animation, censoring, destroying the story completely by not following the manga etc.

1. make it based on character weight, it only works like it is currently at light weight, and becomes similar to quickstep if medium or higher
2. add HP cost, similar to blood slash, the cost should increase the more you spam it, resets after 6 seconds without using the skill
3. lower range and iframes by 20%
That's way too much. The first idea is good and maybe the second but without the increase.
