Black Knife is dope due to the translucence. Veteran's set has a nice thick fur cape. Maybe one of those. Duelist also has a cool cape...Raptor's too. Hard to pick man.

Any of the Knights sets has a pretty cool cape, I'm using the Cuckoo Knight Set and I really love the cape.

Why not check out every armor you get and decide for yourself?
A pretty nice one though is the Raptor's Black Feathers, it even comes with a damage bonus for jump attacks.

Beast Champion armor that you get from Bernahl - alter it at a Grace once you get it, and you get a chest piece with the best cape.

Highly recommend Beast Champion Armor (de-altered) which you can get either earlygame from killing Bernahl or near the end of the game.
If you're a magey sort, though, I'd substitute Alberich's robe, found in Leyndell.

the only thing i hate about the fingerprint armor is the proportions are so off

you squish into a tiny skeleton when you wear it

reminds me of the chicken legs artorias' set gave players in DS3. literal twig legs, even if you made a super fat character.
