Is Kindred of Rot's Exultation just straight up bad?
I've been testing a scarlet rot+poison build, and naturally started using the Kindred of Rot's Exultation, but it doesn't seem very good. The buff is great, but doesn't get refreshed while the rot/poison is active, it only procs when the application happens. That means you can only proc it once in a fight basically. Against normal enemies, they are almost always dead by the time it procs, meaning you don't really get a lot of use out of it. Against bosses, where the fight might last several minutes, the 15sec or so it lasts is negligible. Am I missing something or is this talisman basically useless?

Mushroom crown also procs a buff with rot/poison if u want more damage.

Antspur rapiers with bleed + this are really good in pve aswell if powerstanced + blood lords exultation. If feeling even more spicy millicents/rotten sword insignia one or both. Its basically how I took care of mohg on all of my sub 50 twinks

Blood Lord's Exultation is great, but the mushroom crown suffers from the exact same issue as the Kindred of Rot's Exultation. It also procs only when the debuff is applied, expires after 20 seconds, and cannot be reapplied while the target is rotted/poisoned, which in the case of a poison Antspur rapier is 90 seconds. Therefore the best uptime you can hope for is 20/90=22%, which will be closer to 15% or less in a real situation.
