Scholar's armament vs int scaling weapon? If Int scaling, any recommendations that isn't the moonveil and just min-max?

So far, I've min-maxed to 17 dex with an Astrologer base so that I can use Rogier's in the early game. But I'm looking for a recommendation on a pure int weapon that won't force me to put more points on str/dex.

But first of all, am I doing it wrong by asking for int weapon recommendations? Like is this something I shouldn't force if I'm trying to go for pure int? Somehow I feel like I'm turning what's supposed to be a mage playthrough into a spellsword that's borderline another melee character.

Still early into the game, but I read that Wing of Astel is pretty neat but I guess that's something i'll have in 20-30 hours given how late Astel is into the game. Moonveil's str req is an impossible task without respec given my astrologer base.

I guess what I want to do is have a nice weapon on the right hand that scales to int and can be a fallback from spamming sorceries or when the FP dries up. I'm not sure if keen rapier + scholar's armament is already what I'm looking for or if there exist a good primarily int scaling weapon that won't ask for investment on str-dex.
