my least favorite would be Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit and Grafted Scion
Then we have those gigantic hands. Gets worse when there is an even bigger one.
Big birds in Caelid and then later on in Giants Graveyard.
All of these just have one strat. DPS check before they get too close.

Both LOVE to evade attacks and its annoying beyond belief.
Theres another enemy that i hate with passion but thats more of a mini-boss than a regular enemy, the Revenants, those things can burn in hell.
I believe those monsters are Revenants and I dread the sound they make when they spawn. This is one of few monsters I have not found a way to deal with them safely. Sure, I can cast a heal when in safe place that damages them but if I have nowhere to hide it is constant pressure with very few opportunities to counter-attack. The only safe window, very short, is dodging their poison spit, which gives you few moments to attack them or cast that heal. Unfortunately, they seem to opt randomly for this attack and there were times when they did not use it for whole fight.
