Any way to farm Larval Tears?

Now I'm in 6ng. I got a little bit tired to find Larval Tears to respec. There are so many weapons and ash can be tried.
But there are only 18 larval tears in each world. Are there any ways or glitch to farm larval tears? If not I just can use the cheat engine... Sad :<

You know that EVERY popular Youtuber uses "cheats" on Elden Ring/ Souls games right? You think Chase The Bro is respecing by doign NG+? You think he finds all of his weapons/arts etc? Bruh ofc not lol.

People using rot/sleep arrows/bolts, you think they're farming all the Trinia's lilies each NG for a few hundred arrows which equates to literally like 3 invasions? OFC NOT lol.

People have been using workarounds for respecing since a long long long time ago, maybe if the entire player base is going against the games "design" that "design" is bad.

bro, I own the game by family sharing, if you want to have a check, you can search my other account named dragoncat123456. And I am not a frequent cheater, I haven't decided whether to use cheat engine or not.

He only has 150 hours anyway, ignore the filthy casual that only used 1 build he Youtubed that was "OP"

If you try to get them out of the big balls while co-oping in Nokstella or Nokron, I heard that you'll lose any larvas you get while doing that as soon as you return to your own world.

pFFFFFFFTTTTTTttt Way to make assumptions without considering rational reasons why ppl would do it. I've done it four times for various builds, dex/arc glim/int blood/ and now I'm using int specifically for moonling sword and moonveil smfh, trying to ostracize people

I use to be able to claim Larval Tears when assisting in Nokron and killing the Silver Tears however recently (probably since the 1.03 patch) none have dropped for me now. Though I haven't checked recently to see if it was just bad luck somehow.

That's too much, but its cool to try new builds and not have to redo everything, I did this near end game when I had a lot of gear I could try.

If you want to "enjoy" PvP 126 is nothing.

Anyway people will just edit their save, you guys wont notice any difference so why does everyone cry?

Dosn't the age old addage of "if it doesn't affect you be quiet" apply here? Do you guys cry if someone uses Bloodhound step to assist in the game too?
