I have all Legendary Talisman, but no achievement

So, I just got all of the 8 different legendary talisman; Radagon Icon, Radagon’s Soreseal,
Godfrey Icon, Moon of Nokstella Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, Marika’s Soreseal, Old Lord’s Talisman and the Erdtree’s Favor +2 talisman.. But I haven't gotten the achievement.
Is this a bug? Or is it because I got some of them in NG+1?

Drop them and pick them up again. Don't drop more than 8 items otherwise they'll disappear.

Someone made a post about this about a week ago make sure you have the right Radagon's seal there are 2 with very similar names.

Radagons Soreseal and Radagons Scarseal.

make sure you have:
- SOREseals and not SCARseals
- Erdtree’s Favor is +2 and not +1 or regular one

getting stuff in NG+ does not matter, it should work anyway

That's weird. Even a comment here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_154OB_h5uI mentions that would fix it.

Yupp having the exact same issue over here. I have all Tailsman and the spelling is correct on every singel one of them. Tried dropping each one dident work, tried putting them in a chest then take them out of the chest but nothing worked.

Okay, so; I got the achievement after I dropped all the charms, picked them back up again, restarted the game and dropped all of them, again. After dropping them again and picking them up, I got the achievement. :)
