As far as the pre-launch hype goes, yeah, I predicted that a bunch of people would jump on board the hype train and make a lot of foolish assumptions about what Elden Ring was ultimately going to be and then cry that it's too hard or not enough like Skyrim or Breath of the Wild.
The only thing this game attracts is self proclaimed professional game designers. But that can be said about everything that gets some kind of hype and success.
how about letting people play what they want?
it's a videogame
not the constitution
what happened to : have fun?
Shocking is say!
I never really bothered with quests. Let them add markers. I dont care. 90 % of all people do them with guides just like a huge number of people coop for bosses.
I dont give a damn about quest, Seems i'm a normie and not allowed to play the game.
If only people who are "true legit souls players" by the definition of some people would play the game there would be hardly anyone playing.
You're living in your own delusional fantasie world pal.
many many new fans love this game and elden ring being so popular is a good thing
other devs definitely see this and might be inclined to stick to their original vision instead of dumbing everything down because the mass market supposedly demands it
This. DS difficuty is overrated anyway. Discussions like this one are pathetic tbh.
