What level you finish the game?

What fascinated me most was that it was all just from exploring and clearing the explored zone. this is the first fromsoft game where I dind't need to grind at all. felt amazing : D

What would be an average level to finish the game at? I have read online the suggested levels are about 130ish for final bosses but kinda early to pin down one number don't you think?

My main char is lvl 158, I use him to help others kill bosses and do duels, I have a second, new char now, a magic user, my main char is a melee tank.

i'm able to finish the game at around level 90, nowadays im trying to get to at minimum of level 120 to reach meta pvp level

I got tired of exploring everything so I missed some places, and I don't even know where is Malenia.

I'm finished about 168 or 169, idk why my level got so high even i don't even farming runes. Even i lost my runes many times at platforming level like Farum Azula or Subterranean Ground.

My first character was dooing all boss so i finished around 165+
Second was all major boss and around 150+
Third was around 120 +

All with out farming , you can get very high with just exploring a lot
though i did use rune boosting items like the talisman and golden chicken leg on late boss
With thoses you can get A LOT of runes ( like Malenia gave almost 800k runes )

As for OP question, completed First game as Lv140, Farmed to Lv201 in prep for NG+, Now around Lv280 in NG+.
