Bestial Vit is giving me 5hp a second vs Crimsonburst giving me 7hp a second. But the regen status overwrite each other, so whichever one I use second is active. You DO NOT get 12hp a second, which makes me sad :/
aw that sucks. I'll have to remember that next time I set up some builds.
TBF, I don't mind stacking some buffs, but I can understand why it's not a feature. Running into META builds is bad enough, it'd suck seeing people just stack buff after buff for combat in PVP.
However, there is also a "permanent hp regen" effect the player can get, such as from the Blessed Dew talisman. The difference between these effects is that the temp one is consumable/activated, whereas the permanent one is from an equipment.
I don't know if the hp regen effect from the Royal Remains armour would stack with the Blessed Dew talisman but the armour would stack with the incantation/physick.
Another way to see the contrast between temp/perm effects is using a Golden Fowl Foot and the Golden Scarab talisman at the same time. One gives temp and one gives perm boost, so they stack for rune gain. Likewise with the silver versions for item find.
