It was supposed to be removed, instead they gave it a million HP, I believe nothing is there. I think the only reason anyone even found it was because it existed during a play test and they removed it after.

There is nothing in there right? THe devs already commented on this saying it was supposed to removed after the play test and instead it got 1 million HP or something, assuming that would do the trick.

I'm guessing the lazy or fast way to make it a real wall is just to increase it's hp instead of putting a regular wall there.
