Of course. Because it is garbage. I've spend probably 20-30h just dueling in Dark Souls 3. I surely won't in Elden Ring seeing the sorry state of PvP.

As for the NG+ playthroughs
thats niche....
The really good players dont do it
the really bad players dont do it.
Ng+ is just for people who like grind and repetition but are neither very good nor very bad at the game.
