taking a lot of damage

Idk why it feels like im super squishy. Im level 120 with 2100 hp, but even trash mobs kill me in 2 hits, with some hits doing upwards of 1500 and smaller hits doing ~1000. Are they supposed to be doing this much damage?

That's just the late game for some reason man, the enemy damage jumps through the roof to where no amount of hp or resistance is going to stop the 1-3 shots. Feels like I'm doing my ng+7 in the older games again with that damage.

1800 hp, physical resistance of 44% with slash, piercing and strike at 43%. I know your pain well enough.

Full Lionel set, dragoncrest greatshield charm, hp rune, and 60 vigor yet I can still get 3 shotted in late areas by some commons. Heavy armor may as well not exist if my damage without the charm and a much lighter set was hardly different

Annoyingly enough, if you didnt befriended him, you 100% miss out on this, not even killing him will give you those...

bighealth talisman and the one that gives negate physical damage. there is also another one that does damage other than physical if its more magic that is getting you

i have bighealth and dragoncrest on, a bite from an ant on haligtree still does 1097 damage

Talismans will make a much larger difference. Armor is poise heavy. Use talismans for damage neg/defense. Generally.

very incorrect, armor does most of the heavy lifting and talismans can help patch up weaknesses or give you new ones
