[BUG] Unable to summon in some areas - Nokron - Aqueduct-Facing Cliff

I can't summon or be summoned in Aqueduct-Facing Cliff area.
I can see signs, accept summon, sign stay for a while, then disappear, then "unable to summon" message appears. My friends says that they arrive at my world and immediately get an "Connection error" message and return to their worlds.
It's not a network error because we can play together on other areas of the game.

Other occurrence of this is in Liurnia-Gate Town North but in here I can't even see the signs on the floor, and friends don't see my sign.

This happens with and without passwords. with and without matchmaking.

Same happened here, weirdly enough it was only my buddy who got this error, I could summon him with no issue.

For me it's the same. Only place I can coop in Nokron is the elk bosses.

It still isn’t fixed, I decided to try and summon a random cause I’m struggling on the boss but I’ve been here for like over an hour cause I’m stubborn waiting for a summon sign to show up, canceled it and re used the furlcalling finger remedy multiple times and I have looked around just incase and nothing idk why, it works fine anywhere else though.
