Can't access the Rold Route after beating Maliketh the black blade

So, I think I might have an issue with the game... After defeating Maliketh in Crumbling Farum Azula, I cannot access the Rold Route anymore to reach the Mountains (and commit a sin to technically burn the erdtree).

After beating Maliketh, I had the cutscene and the erdtree burned, but I never went to the snowy mountains.

Did I miss something or was I not supposed to kill Maliketh in Azula before going the rold route ?

How did you get to Crumbling Farum Azula before burning the erdtree? Burning the erdtree is what send you to Crumbling Farum Azula.

Sounds like somebody sequence broke and is now paying the price

I used the teleporter in the four belfries, at first it tped me to the top of the area,and when i restarted the game I randomly spawned in Azula, which I supposed wasnt too bad at the time, but it does explain why Maliketh was a hard boss to beat

Does it mean I'll never be able to unlock the mountains on this run ? Or can i get to it after the erdtree ?

You only have to f maliketh

Even if you sequence broke, the elevators work even after Maliketh. You have to use them to access the +2 erdtree talisman. Have you beaten Morgot yet?
