I can't equip weapons.
So I just killed some guys, looted their stuff but I cannot equip them. The 4 bars on the bottom left are all empty except the flasks. I equipped and re-equipped the sword I have 10 times, but nothing.

Same problem dude. Game randomly takes away my weapons and nothing I do brings them back. Can't seem to find a solution for this.

Are you sure you're in the right spot? You're under Equipment, and you're specifically looking in the left and right-hand slots at the top of the screen?
