Stray Tyrannosaurus Puppy, Looking for owner

Looking for the owner of the T-Dog outside of Gowry's Shack on Caelid Highway, just outside of Sellia. He is clearly well trained and appears to be very still and sitting waiting for its owner, but not friendly. I do not recommend petting him, to anyone that comes across this pup. I have been bitten a couple of times already. Those that are helping out Millicent should take note and practice caution in that area.
