I can't believe how bad the bosses are
I am astonished at how awful every single bossfight is in the endgame, holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥. Not one of them is enjoyable. Every move comes out of nowhere, not because they're too quick and my reaction time is too slow, but because they're too slow, so you instinctively roll when you see an enemy swinging a weapon, but hurr hurr guess what? The enemy was merely pretending to be swinging his weapon and only actually swung 0.4 seconds later, which means you just got roll-caught! LOL! You absolute fool, dodging when the enemy starts their attack. Better go memorize every single move beacuse there's literally no way to guess when Mohg will decide to gracefully slam his trident into the ground (while the ground is covered in blood that is on fire and after he just did some move while flying up while spraying aids blood all over the room which is also now on fire) or when Miquella will decide to magically conjure a spirit-creature out of thin air that will then travel 5 meters in the span of a second, hitting you for 70% of your max health.

I seriously can't enjoy this game, I thought I'll be playing this game for years to come but as-is I'm having a hard time deciding if I even want to do a second playthrough at all. Fake-outs and delayed swings galore, I think I'll go back to Sekiro and DS2. (DS3 is way too easy even for someone who sucks as hard as me)

I only really enjoyed 2 bosses of the like 50-70 i killed, most were copy pasted bosses, I liked Melenia and the Ancestral Spirit.

you know you could learn to not instinctively roll and press your buttons at the right moment

If they didn't update the boss attacks with more fake outs then it would be too easy. Almost every boss is too easy as it is and usually I too suck at these games.

delayed attacks are challenging, right? :)
anyway, theory about DS3 players is really true :(

to let you understand.. streamers, speedrunners, ppl who do any challenges.. know about DS3 fans.. and dont like them.. because DS3 fans are usually toxic and blame game for their own incompetency.

it is something like when u take LoL community from MOBA fans

well im sorry to say but this calls for a git gud then.
not about the broom thing about not rolling at the first sign of an attack.
but you take it as you want if you feel shoving a broom up your backside will help you get better im not going to judge

Then unless you're wearing nothing but robes with two soreseals on then there's no way he's chunking you for 70% of your HP in one hit.

yeah for the most part, the second half of the game's bosses are mostly just big time wasters if you're not using a fast weapon. too much waiting around for openings, knowing that you can die in two hits regardless of how "tanky" you are and their combos go on for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ever.

there's a few moves you can jump over and get a cheeky jump attack in but even still some of them are mid combo and doing R2 is too much recovery, you're likely getting smacked for it so it's barely meaningful.

fire giant spends half the fight rolling away. elden beast spends 75% of the fight running away. maliketh ph1 is good, ph2 is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spazz again spending a good portion of the fight airborne, but he's squishy and the item to parry him is so dope i give him a pass. horah loux might as well be a punching bag. godskin duo might be the most annoying fight in souls history unless you cheese it with sleep arrows or just summon for it because ♥♥♥♥ that.

idk. i'd say for the most part the bosses are the weakest part of Elden Ring. lots of diccriders in here will have an aneurysm about that and call me a scrub or whatever but honestly they're just noise lol. game's great but a large chunk of the bosses feel more like a chore than an exciting encounter. maybe that's a fault of using bloodborne boss speed without giving players bloodborne movement but idk. difficult to say because i feel like there's a ton of similarities in boss design but in bloodborne the fights were WAY more exciting and engaging and i never felt like i had to wait around like i do half the time in Elden Ring.

Yeah the pauses in the swings are devious.
