Not really, Japan is quite closed when it come to international gaming, it's Japan first, the rest of the world later. They put priority on Japan, then Asian countries (maybe I should have said "country" instead of "market") then everything else. That's why many Japanese games (especially from smaller company) only have Japanese and English languages.
Yeah I was talking about Asian countries with Asian language (east part), I should have made it clearer.

If an indie game like Valheim can offer Turkish subtitles, then there's no excuse really.
but at the same time they don't speak turkish so idk if it'd work we'll see in january though may the ring bless you
