Where does one find them? Are they in the manual this was originally shipped with?

I remember playing CONFLICT EUROPE on my Amiga for many happy hours and was delighted that the game has finally made it onto Steam! The only thing missing, as far as I can recall, is the scene at the start showing the picture of the terrified woman and the little girl, who says (in digitized speech): "Mummy, I'm Scared!" That always seemed a little heart-wrenching....
