Keybinds

I can't for the life of me figure out how to change keyboard controls.
I start the game, go into options, keyboard, navigate to key I want to change... and nothing. I think I tried every key on the keyboard.
Also I don't see movement keys, as a boomer I prefer arrows to wasd.

And I highly recommend the game pausing in singleplayer mode so that a giant hand doesn't come around the corner and molest you while you're fiddling with keybinds
