No sound and other things

No sound. That may be because the audio settings are all at zero and won't adjust.
Gameplay - just scrolls down and disappears.
Controls - blank screen
Visual - render scale fixed at 25%
Brightness is fixed at zero

That sounds super weird, sorry about this! :( Would you mind dropping us an email at [e-mail] ? Maybe you can include some screenshot/clip showing your issue(s). And, mention your steam username so we know it's you :) It would be helpful to us. Thanks!

No idea how to do that. Screenshot, that is. Just look at the settings - Audio screen and imagine the sliders being all the way to the left. As for the Gameplay, just imagine the wording sliding down the screen and out of the way at the bottom.

Ok, has it been like this the whole time? Or did it occur when you did something special?

No, the first startup went partially fine. The first start up there was sound but then I went to adjust the options and it started to act up as I have described but with sound. So i restarted and no sound either. I'm not doing anything unusual. No other game running.
