Customization menu not loading

When I go to the customization menu, it just shows a black screen with a UNSC logo forever. The news section doesn't load, I can't see my own character, and the shop will not load either. Not sure what is going on, I've tried uninstalling, verifying files, reloading the game multiple times, updating drivers, nothing works.

Anyone else having this issue and any potential fixes?

It stopped being an issue for me today. Not sure what did it. I didn't do anything different. Just tried logging in after not playing since yesterday. My guess is that for some people it takes a while (like a day for me) for the xbox servers to connect to your account or something? I have no idea though and got a ticket response saying they don't have a solution for the issue.

Yesterday I was able to get the shop, battle pass and customisation to load by switching to my mobile data, signing out and back in and waiting until it loaded and then switching back to my wifi. At this point, i'd say this is definitely a client network issue.

welp, it somehow related to your internet, even if everything else is working fine.
tried to connect with my mobile phone, and everything is loading.
i'll try to reset my router later, to see if it helps.

ok. resetting the router worked (for now). But, idk, settings are still the same.

tried resetting my router just now and it made no change at all.

I can customize, but I can’t preview voice or change my service tag (it won’t save the new tag, something about profile sync error or something like that…)

Try turning on your VPN if you have one, worked for me.
