Can't get achievement in chapter 2

I'm replaying to get the achievements I missed, but I'm stuck on "Wrong Dimension". It sounds like I should be calling the number from chapter 6 in chapter 2, but when I do, the number just disappears and nothing else happens.

Am I doing something wrong?

Sorry about this issue. We checked our code and everything seems to be fine.
Are you sure the achievement is not unlocked? Sometimes, Steam can take time to show it on your profile.
(And we can't verify you have the achievement because the game doesn't appear in your gamelist)
If the achievement is still missing, can you try again in the game? (make sure the telettrophone is plugged in)

yes: there is no problem...anymore. ;-)
After your suggestion i mentioned that there was an update to v1.0.18.
So i played chapter two again and received the trophy. :-)

FYI: this is my first playthrough & i am on chapter 4 - but as well as others i tried to dial the special number while playing chapter 2 & did not receive the trophy. Today i found this discussion coincidently. I was not aware that the version update (through gog galaxy) did happen today because i was not playing the last couple of days. Hope this helps to understand my request, although... there is no request anymore.

The 'Who you gonna call?' achievement disappeared from my list, though I've got the 'Spam' one and I'm sure I achieved it. Any ideas?

Judging by your achievements you haven't even reached the chapter where it would be possible to earn "Who you gonna call?" because it's not in the same chapter as spam. The achievement clearly states "use a cell phone" and you most certainly are not using a cell phone when you earn spam.

If you don't mind having it spoiled for you, read the guide linked earlier. If you'd rather figure it out on your own, you aren't far enough into the game to have gotten that yet.
