Lots of problems but still a fun experience. Hopefully this will help.

First. The Nehrim launcher only worked once for me, after I converted it started crashing. But after converting my Oblivion Launcher goes right into Nehrim. So if you had this problem just use your Oblivion Launcher. (Why my playtime says .3 hours but I'm probably a good 30 hours in.)

After that I still got tons of crash/freeze. They will lock down your PC if running in Fullscreen so run windowed in your resolution.

Putting Steam in Offline mode seems to help with some crashes too. I don't know how or why, but it does I'm almost sure of it.

Turn shadows off, mess with some other graphics.

I can get it running only experience a crash every few hours or so, sometimes during events.

Overall it's a wonderful mod. It's all in German so get ready to read, but the world and story is pretty cool. Doesn't hold your hand so pay attention and look for help online because some quests are hard and unclear.

They put a lot of work into this mod. I played Enderal first and that was 10/10

Very impressive and fun Oblivion overhaul. The Steam version is very fond of crashing at every opportunity it gets. But I highly recommend it from SureAI's site.
