1. I use MP5 for very close quarters instead of MK18
2. It's easier if there are 2 or 3 enermies outside you can take out with the sniper
3. Blow the door and throw a frag on the right side of the table barricade
4. Stop by the main door to see if there are enemies at the back of the room
5. Run to the hallway and clear
6. Run to the kitchen door (don't enter) and clear
7. Cross the barricade and defuse (run whenever you are not engaging enemies)
8. You have more time for the second bomb. Take a look at both sides after crossing the barricade back. Then flash the room (careful not to through the flash too close to the bomb) and proceed.

Your guys can apparently defuse bombs blindfolded while smoking.
So to start there's zero enemy reaction to the 5 seconds you pound away at the door with a hammer that multiple enemies can hear which is amazing, then for the first bomb, I do the exact same thing as you did and yet 95% of the time I'll still get someone hitting me from the right as I cross the corridor running whereas in the video they just turned around and walked away from the hammering, the smoke grenade explosion etc!
Then I do the almost the same as you and throw just a single smoke at the hallway before going for my 2nd bomb but, yet again, I'm never, ever as lucky as you were with "non-reactions" from the enemy as the second that I shoot people near the second bomb, I get 2-3 people coming from the Kitchen/Bedroom areas who shoot me in the back as I defuse or I get shot by someone in the bathroom on the right whereas not a single enemy even slightly reacted to you.
I'm glad you were able to do this as it shows me I've just got to persevere more but, unless I get the same RNG/Luck as you, which I haven't in any of my run-throughs yet, then I suppose I'll just have to keep repetitively hitting the same plan again and again and again until RNG suddenly says "yeap, none of the enemies will react so you can now win this one!" which isn't the most enjoyable but I really want to see it done.
I died before reaching the first bomb 3 times with the enemy in the kitchen running to the doorway due to the hammer noise or the enemy in the left bathroom came out, again because of the hammer noise.
I defused the first bomb, using two smokes to cover me, 17 times so I'd say that section, minus a little luck, is do-able and repeatable.
After the first bomb was defused I then died immediately 6 times as the smoke cleared before the 3rd smoke I threw at the barricade could cover me. This needed a little tweaking on the timing/position of the 2nd smoke to fix but worked 11 times in a row afterwards and would probably work continuously now I have that sorted.
The hallway smoke worked every time.
I died 7 times on entering the room withe 2nd bomb, either to the two gunmen behind the barricade or the one in the bathroom killing me.
The remaining 4 times I died defusing the second bomb when someone shot me in the back.
I'll keep trying and, once RNG smiles upon me, I'll update this post!
The reason why they didn't immediately rush the door when the door was cracking was because i ordered a sniper shot while the squaddie prying it open.
I managed to defuse the 2nd bomb 4 times in these last 17 attempts and then died to my stupidity 2 times and once to an enemy who sprayed behind cover and reloaded three times without ever standing up (never seen that before usually it's just one mag dump).
However at least thats over with no and my "must complete everything" OCD can rest easy :D
