"You have lost the connection to the session"

Is anyone else getting a "You have lost the connection to the session" error after being in a multiplayer match for only about a minute or so? It just started for me today.

Yup, something is going on. I'm trying to play with some buddies and we're all getting kicked.

Yeah, something is going on with the servers? We joined a sever that showed it was full but when we joined there very few players.
Then shortly after playing for awhile we lost connection to the server multiple times.

No idea why this is happening, got a squad that can't stay connected to the game.
We weren't having this issue earlier.

Getting the issues too. Didnt have this problem earlier today. Its very odd. Also, the server numbers are off too cuz I would join a server and there is no one there but they start funneling in, even right after list refresh.

It seems that this is related to your internet speed. I used to be with slow speed internet and this error happen to a lot of server to me. But after I upgrade my internet, not seeing one time so far.

Internet speed isn’t my problem I have 500 Mbps

Go to punkbuster website https://www.evenbalance.com/pbsetup.php
download, open the archive, run pbsetup, then add BF4 or BF3 and it should fix your lost connection issue and error kick with bf3.

Download the appropriate version of PBSetup below
Run PBSetup
Click "Add a Game"
Choose the game you wish to update and confirm the installation path
Click "Update PunkBuster" to update the installations

this is not a problem with punkbuster, something is wrong with BF4 servers
