Kicked by punkbuster no matter what I do

I installed punk buster separately and chose BF4 as the game
verified integrity of game filed
updated and validated my EA profile

Every single server I join I get kicked by punkbuster
Every time I try to find an official quick match or something there no game to be found.
Worst experience I've had in gaming in my 20 years of playing everything.

anyone has any idea how to fix this thing? I just want to try the multiplayer

I was about to get it, now that I see the mp doesnt work even if you install punkbuster separately, I'm gonna keep away from it

Just reinstall punkbuster so first uninstall old one and then download new one and problem solved i have this problem too do this and my game was fixed

1.) Download and Update Punkbuster from link Here http://punkbuster.com/pbsetup.php
but don't close the Punkbuster Window after update.

2.) Click the Add Game tab on the window.

3.) A new window will popup

4.) In the Game: tab drop down menu select Battlefield 4
and click Add Game button on the bottom right.

5.) Please Let the download process complete and hit Quit Tab
and close the window.

Try playing Multiplayer after that

uninstall punkbuster and reinstall it in its entirety from the site, the old pb files dont work unfortunately

sound like you are shadow banned by pnkfker.
Just uninstall pnkfker on your machine, wait for 24hr and reinstall pnkfker, remember to delete installer from your game, it will trigger pnkfker again.
Aside from shadow banned, they also silently perma banned for no reason.
For both, there is no way to know. if you are perma banned or shadow banned or not, pnkfker just kicked people out of session. Only sending HWID to evenbalance to check current ban status.

1.) Download and Update Punkbuster from link Here http://punkbuster.com/pbsetup.php
but don't close the Punkbuster Window after update.

2.) Click the Add Game tab on the window.

3.) A new window will popup

4.) In the Game: tab drop down menu select Battlefield 4
and click Add Game button on the bottom right.

5.) Launch BF4, minimize steam - do some punkbuster installation that has green letters showing OK

6.) Play and never be kicked again

Ever since Battlefield 2, the Battlefield series has regrettably declined in quality, plagued by bugs and infested with cheaters. It's disheartening for someone like me who fondly remembers the days of Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2, when the franchise still had its essence. I fail to comprehend their new approach of churning out subpar games.

False... BF2142 was the last greatest BF game.... BF2 was fun but 2142 was a hidden gem that most people didn't even know since it released shortly after 2...

For anyone looking for a solution this is what I found.
1. Go to https://www.evenbalance.com/pbsetup.php
2. Download and unzip the file
3.Choose "Add Game"
4.It should automatically detect the file location of your BF4 exe file. If it doesn't you can manually add it.
5.Click "Update PunkBuster"
This solved the issue for me
