Anti aliasing not working

basically what title says, no mater what setting I choose, there are tons of jaggies everywhere, I'm currently running at 1080p ultra msaax4 res scale 150% and the jaggies doesn't go away at all, I tried installing reshade but it's still so ugly, is there any tweak I can do to improve the aa?

EDIT: I don't know if it's a placebo effect or somthing, but I feel like it actually improved aa, I enabled mfaa, transparency, gamma correction, and aax8 supersampling in Nvidia profile inspector

make sure aa isnt disabled in your nvidia control panel

Yes force it by your GPU driver, pick BF4.exe and change settings there.
