DOES NOT START - HELP!

The game does not start. I verified the files twice. I connected it with my EA account. I enter the game and it just opens to a black screen, a white light flashes to the right of the screen and stays that way. I tried to start it with a file named bf4 exe, but it didn't work. Please help

delete and dowland again. This is the only solution i know, but this is works
