Issue while opening the game

I do have this issue while trying to open the game, it says ¨game cannot be started since MSVCR120.dll. cannot be founded. As well the following one is the same but with MSVCP120.dll. It is the second time I do install this game and I reeally want to try it. Any possible solution?

you need to download it from Microsoft website however you may grab all the versions of Microsoft Visual C++ software in one package here https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/
it's a zip file unzip it with 7zip then right-click on the .bat file and run it, it'll install all the version of this software on your PC then restart your PC and launch the game

im like completely new to pc had to refund due to this issue but i might re-attempt it again. should i download 7zip to my disk drive or games drive?

it doesn't matter where you install 7zip it's a small program

alright and how about the microsoft visual c++ ? and where do i extract to

pukbuster kicks me all the timecant play the game for more then 1 year please help

you may extract it in any empty folder then run the .bat file it'll install all the versions of Microsoft C++ software then restart your PC and launch the game also update your GPU drivers

go to here evenbalance.com and download punkbuster service installer, extract it in a folder and run the .exe file then you need to manually add Battlefield 4 to Punkbuster. also make sure PnkbstA.exe and PnkbstB.exe are allowed through firewall.
