Battlefield 4 Sweet FX / Reshade is allowed here?

i played the game for 330 and i am suffering of the color in the game especially in the locker map and maps that contain sunrise view it destroy my vision i cant see anything in front of me if i stand looking at the sunrise or the snow outside locker map
so my friend give me this mode (Sweet FX / Reshade)
i want to be 1000% that this wont cost me any sort of ban because the game on youtube who explain how this mode works and how install it he said he hear people get banned for using this mode
and i want to make sure to avoid any sort of ban
anyone have idea about this ?

i've used reshade before for like a 100 hours. it's fine to use, lots of ppl use it. here's a list of games where you can get banned for using it, https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/ReShade#Online_games_to_avoid

there's no way to get rid of that sun glare effect in locker and other maps. reshade can only change the contrast, sharpen, manipulate, and distort images, add more bloom (not remove it), etc. what helped me on locker was increasing sharpness, as you can see the outlines of players outside better that way. if you don't wanna mess with third party software, you can increase sharpness through your gpu's control panel.

but the guy on youtube says that people tweak the setting of the reshade and got banned for it from servers and from origin or idk maybe steam ?

also i want to mention this that one of my friend is playing dead by daylight for like 1500 hours on steam he told me that he got vac ban for using some sort of change color of the game and apparently its reshade somehow
he didnt know that until he got the vac and he cant do anything about it
the website you send didnt show the game dead by daylight which means its blocked ? i search for it i didnt find it

all i want to make sure that i the Reshade and sweat FX is absolutely ok to use because i have real trouble in bf4 when it comes to the color

any may i ask you for method to change the sharpness if it help me to see far distance in outside locker better the snow storm because on my screen show different it block the vision like 80%

pb takes screenshots during gameplay and it'll flag you if it sees something like an overlay which you can add via reshade. you'll be fine if you stick to changing colors. the blizzard outside locker has a cycle, sometimes you can see far and sometimes you can't. you can use different types of scopes. i have texture filtering and mesh quality set to max, msaa at 4x, and everything else set to low. i've found this to be great for all maps.

dbd uses eac, which had a whitelist of programs they allowed, but that list is now gone so i can only guess that they removed it. eac is a very aggressive anti cheat software so i can't imagine injecting something in game to be safe. i forgot to mention that geforce experience has a built in feature that lets you do pretty much almost everything reshade does. so that's another option if you don't want to use reshade.
