Why is this game so damn hard?

Im trying to start out on this game in Multiplayer and its been really rough.

what is the problem you are having? dying too much or dont know how the gun play works?
TF2 is more like Cod with hit scan registration. BF is has actual bullet drop mechanics.

right. thats the point of the game. do you not know when the bullet drop starts or the flow of combat? There is a training mode in the game if you need help measuring the bullet drops. if you want to get good at what weapons are good at certain ranges, go play TDM, SDM, or any gamemode that focuses on infantry game-play.

I started playing last night and was absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Aiming felt horrible until I turned on uniform aiming. Still, I'm no where near as good as I was at BF3 on PS3. I miss that game.

I look at others profile and it says theyve been playing for like years or somethin

the big problem being new to any battlefield game is you have no good starting equipment. it kinda punish you for not playing this game beforehand when it was first released.

Ehhh, I disagree.
Battlefield 4 doesnt really feature a field in the battle, where its called BattleFIELD

I played Battlefield 1 and it was less complex but more historically pleasing and fun to get into. All you know is British and Ottoman Soldier in BF1, but in BF4 the modern equipment looks almost the same.

I started doing fairly well after an hour and a half of playing, once I messed with my sensitivity and other settings. I ended up smoking a whole group of players that had each individually downed me multiple times, all at once. I must've been in the zone for a minute. Lol
