There used to be a populated Singaporean server but they changed their location to Japan for some reason. I'm from Indonesia and I usually play on Japanese servers with 81 ping. Every afternoon, there's always a populated Hong Kong server with 51 ping. Occasionally there's also an Indian server, but usually the Japanese/Korean servers are active all day long, however I can never seem to be able to connect to the two Korean servers for some reason. Keep in mind that Asian servers get DDoS'ed the most due to admin jealousy. In this case, feel free to play on the australian servers with 106 ping, and you don't have to worry because Battlefield 4 has a good lag compensation system, so even 106 ping feels unnoticable.
Also, most of the Asian servers have 60HP modifications, it would be pretty difficult to find a populated 100HP servers.
