Cutscene lags, stutters and freezes.

I bought the game in December and I wanted to play the campaign but the takes forever to load and the cutscene is so laggy that it freezes after few seconds. Making it unplayable. I played BF1 campaign for a short bit and had no issues on that at all. I tried doing many things people suggested that were posted up to 5 years ago or longer but nothing's worked so far. That is literally a gamebreaking bug...
(On a side note, I had 8GB of RAM which I thought it could be, I waited like a month for the 16GB to arrive but made no difference)

My PC specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
GTX 1660 Ti
16GB RAM
WIN10 Pro

wtf doesn't make sense i have a median setup and i played the campaing very well (I was surprised to run so fluid) i tried to find any tutorial in YouTube Brasil but i dont find anything, I think better you play multiplayer only, cuz its too fcking hard to find problems solutions in bf4 community

That's the thing, I can't even enter multiplayer matches cuz the loading takes forever and then it just disconnects me (I think I only managed to join once)... I literally can't play the single player AND multiplayer of BF4. I did play the very first mission with the helicopter chase but when that mission was loading, it also took like 10 minutes or so and the first couple minutes were super laggy. Still searching for fixes here and there. I hope I get to play that game soon! I am at least having fun with BF1 campaign now.

it takes a whole minute or so on my side, the music is glitchy and loops and once im in game im stuck at really low FPS for another 15 seconds
ive used the samsung and windows apps to check the integrity of my SSDs and they're all fine

This actually makes the game playable!!! There is mircostutter in the cutscene but it did not freeze!!! Thanks m8! You saved my gaming experience on that game.

I tried this method, and still not working... Yeah my gaming laptop is quite high but BF4 still unplayable... I had tried a lot of methods on the internet and non of it works. What a waste of money buying this game..................I got terrible stuttering but high fps
