How to create/rent a server?

Hey guys, I'm returning to the game, and am frustrated with the long wait times to get into a match. I'd like to rent my own server but I have no idea how, and google isn't very helpful. All of the websites offering look sketchy as ♥♥♥♥. Anyone got any tips?

and for how to setup bf4 server guide etc just try to google it, its quite simple, and also try to search on yotube.

but the server region is only available in europe, no other than that.
