The only other bug I've encounter is the C4 not showing up in your hands to blow up the dam. Turns out there is another enemy(s) on the opposing scaffolding you have to kill.
Not sure if this counts as a bug but the AI's are dumb as hell. Hanna and Irish would be right in front of enemies and they miss every shot. LOL You usually have to kill all enemies alone to progress the game.
SPOILER ALERT:
I'm gonna assume you know that the ending there are 3 choices and each choice unlocks a specific weapon for multi player. So play last mission 3 times. Choices are 1 Hanna, 2 Irish, 3 do nothing.
yeah its funny to think highly trained military soldiers just behaving like that but i think that was a design chose (very uncalibrated choice) to make sure the player feels like they are the hero of the story, but it was executed to badly that the player ends up having to do everything themselves.
personally i think the singleplayer was super rushed and not as much focus was on the singleplayer as i assume most of the manpower went into the multiplayer experience, they probably just made a singleplayer because back then if they didnt then they would have gotten large backlash. from a gamedev point of view i understand why they did it but they could have tried to cover most of the bugs somehow instead of just leaving everything. i've played through the campaign so much that i've seen nearly everything, just earlier today on the second mission my character gliched through the elevator while it was going down and i was able to walk around the map and get to the end of the area while the npcs where still talking in the elevator
I'm playing on normal, and I'm carefully aiming behind cover proned. Whenever I advance to push the enemies back, they always nearly kill me, whether that would be from shooting at me while I ran or shooting from somewhere that I thought was safe.
This One Guy: "I just work here"
It is amusing how you are left in charge of EVERYTHING!
You drive everything, you take down every vehicle, you do everything, and they can never even land a bullet on an enemy on Normal.
after the latest playthrough i really noticed that i have a deep hatred for irish
like honestly anything he does i just get infuriated xD
But I think this is good, because they won't interfere if you are trying stealth, or If you want to get higher scores by killing the enemies yourself.
Maybe, just maybe, they create supression on the enemy so it misses more often that it would do without your squad shoting arround them.
And yes it's buggy sometimes but it's way better than the BF3 one, that was litteraly unplayable most of the times.
And I can't say much for BF3, as I never played it. But saying it's better than BF3, when it's said to be way worse than what I'm facing, shouldn't be considered a compliment.
Battlefield 3 is better than Battlefield 4, especially with Venice Unleashed.
All the stupid grinding and P2W mechanics are removed with Venice Unleahsed, and everything is unlocked so you don't have to worry about the certain items that can't be unlocked anymore.
Venice Unleashed also lets you join servers without having to open a web browser. *yay*
