VOIP is not working {push to talk}

Voip is on.
mic works in all other apps.
when i push lalt my mic icon wont change to show im talking.
i have made sure my input/output is correct but i stream all the time so i know it is all fine. wtf is wrong.

it works for me
the only problem I had was to unbind LALT because I set it to MOUSE4 but not only MOUSE4, or you could hear me everytime I lay on the ground
(I have the laying down thing on LALT btw)

I think it might be the display settings (like windowed, or borderless or fullscreen)

its squad only voip, not team voip, so if 15 people in game but no one on your squad you cant talk to others

update SOLVED: dumb ass drivers for my camera. not the game or my pc. works now
