I wrote this to steam

So I bought this in hopes of getting the BULLDOG and the ACE23. Disapointingly neither was unlocked. I assume ALL weapons should atleast be included in the "ULTIMATE" bundle even if attachments arent. Please explain."

I got this response.

If the content from your purchase is missing in-game, you will need to contact the game’s support department directly. They can verify the status of your purchase and add the missing content if there has been an error.

Be sure to include the Steam Transaction ID as proof of purchase:
Navigate to Steam Help and log in with your Steam account.
After you have logged in, click on Purchases.
Find the in-game purchase and click on it to view your receipt. The Transaction ID is included in the purchase details.

The Ultimate Shortcut Bundle doesn’t include those weapons, you’ll have to unlock them by completing challenges in-game, aka Assignments. Take notice of this portion of the bundle’s description on the store page,

Assault Shortcut Kit. Contains all Assault upgrades, specializations, and all 8 progression assault rifles.

You should’ve expected all weapons to be unlocked if it explicitly stated, in this case, “all assault rifles” instead of “all 8 progression assault rifles”, which implies that there are assault weapons that can be unlocked through means other than progression.

I don’t think you can request a refund, as it’s DLC, but I’m not sure. To be honest, the Bulldog is only good on Operation Locker or other CQC maps, it’s not worth unlocking unless you like playing on those maps. The ACE 23 on the other hand, is very good all around, and it doesn’t take much to unlock it, you’ll be able to unlock it in a few hours by grinding Operation Locker if you’re good.

thanks for the reply Cringe. I still think the wording is pretty shady if thats the case tho. I mean "the ULTIMATE bundle" has alot of weapons thats not included? Upgrades and attachments I understand...but the weapons themselves? I dont agree with that. Im not gonna request a refund but I still feel weird about it as the ACE and BULLDOG was one of the main reasons of the purchase. Not that ultimate I guess.

regardless of what makes or doesnt makes sense for you, owning the game on origin does not entitles you to a copy on Steam.
