If i already own BF4 on Origin can i transfer it to Steam?

I don't mean getting a free copy on Steam, just linking my BF account from origin if that's possible.
Like the way you can use the same profile for Destiny 2 on PS4 and PC.

The steam version is just the Origin version, it starts Origin. So only buy it if you want steam play hours.
