bfv as well as bf1 no longer launches for me
i have an issue that when i launch the game it shows "launching game" overlay from ea app and i look in the background processes BFV is in there but then it disappears nothing shows up on my screen then it says play on steam after ea app opens

things i tried:
- reinstall/repair ea app
- verify integrity of files
- reinstall game
- clear ea app cache
- add install dir in registry
- used BCUninstaller on bfv, ea app and eaac
- Deleted all folders and regkeys manually
- use eaac tool to fix and update bfv eaac
- run as admin both ea app and bfv
- disable full screen optimization
- restart pc
- restart ea and steam (with all background processes related to them gone)
- update pc

started happening since eaac became a thing and my background apps i have while i try to run game is:
- msi afterburner
- deepcool case temperature display
- parkcontrol
- process lasso
- islc
- icue
- hyperx ngenuity

I can see you tried many things but there is one option left. Hard reset, a clean Windows install. You also tried different ways i didn't know but maybe hard reset to your PC can fix it.

Did this happened to other games? Is this first time?

no, this has only happened to bf1 and bfv, and has been happening for the first time after working fine (no changes to anything on my system or settings). one day recently i tried to play and it never worked since. the only solution probably is doing a fresh install of windows. thx for reply

if you have Asus hardware close GameFirst, this was the issue for me with BF1, but not BFV however that may have changed now only i don't use GameFirst anymore so i wouldn't know
