Guys, I'm a new player in this game, so when I want to play the game, the EA app can't be opened "The app couldn't connect to EA Servers. Check your internet connection, and try again. If the problem continues, reinstall the app." I've looked for tutorials on YouTube but none of them work. Do you have a solution?

Same here. But i think the problem has something to do with our ISP. On my issue, I can use VPN to play the game except I get high ping cause im playing it with free VPN servers. But yeah, I think it could be the problem.

what kind of vpn u guys usin? i got only 105 ping on singapore server. i think the majority of players that got this kind of issue is indonesian players.

honestly sometimes i can play with local data (inside the game automatically connected to ea cloud)
