There's many players but when a game gets sunset, It generally means no more updates are planned for it.
With regards to BFV and BF1, we had a surprise update which added EA's new anticheat to both titles, But as far as other updates, e.g BFV's DLSS 1.0, that was never updated even when DLSS 2.0 dropped, It's literally the first iteration of DLSS and BFV was the first game to launch with DLSS support and DXR ( Raytraced reflections )
unfortunately as above, DLSS didn't get any updates moving forward, which gives me reason to believe that even though it's a highly requested feature, It's unlikely to ever get an update.
