low poly models/textures

I was playing today and one enemy had mask and his entire head looked like PS1 edition, even some texutres looked very bad https://imgur.com/a/fEoJw4b I don't have screen of the low poly models but it looked like the gun in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPZJleEl-9w

any way to fix this? It's distracting and ugly

I play on these settings https://imgur.com/a/WY50932 and I have the game installed on SSD.

Unfortunately no, We all get it from time to time, Me included.

The only "fix" is to restart your game or to leave and rejoin the server.

It's just the LOD ( Level Of Detail ) bugging out and loading the lowest quality LOD meshes instead of the higher quality one which has more of the refined details.

shame, I thought that it is because I have terrain quality on medium, but that would not make sense for the low poly model, well I hope it will not happen that often, thank you.

It might be a problem with you because i never saw pretty bad quality like that video or familiar things.

The game isn't getting updates (expect Anti-Cheat) so i guess its a rare moment or a problem about your computer.

Nope it's a bug, It's known but is also very rare, I'm not even sure how it gets triggered, It just does,

You can sometimes see it too if you jump into spectator mode.
