Screenshot doesn't work or too bright

I can't take any screenshots from the game. Or bf5 screenshot will show too overburn.
Anyone know the issues?

Sometimes I turn HDR off. That will fix the issues. But now it doesn'ts work.
Also shadowplay screencap file into .jrx How to fix it into .jpg?

When HDR is turned on, use windows key + alt + prntscreen key to capture a screenshot
it will create one SDR version (.jpg) and one HDR version (.jrx) that you can view in the windows photo viewer when HDR is turned on on the desktop
