AntiCheat Update.
We're pleased to share that EA Anticheat will be extended to BattlefieldV this Wednesday, April 3rd at 08:00 UTC.

You will need to restart your game to benefit from the changes of this Client Update.

In the above examples, You can see
[DICE] TACTICAL CONQUEST - #50725
So you would report the player with accompanying video like so :

Player : player_ID
Server : [DICE] TACTICAL CONQUEST - #50725
Timezone : your timezone
Youtube video URL
Description of cheating here , e.g speedhacking, unlimited ammo, spawning weapons not available in conquest mode, aimbot, wallhack etc etc etc

This is the format I use when I report cheaters and I do receive emails stating that action was taken.

Though it does take a while for EA to fully investigate the account as they obviously don't want to ban legitimate players that are not cheating and were just having a good round.

If you do suspect a player is using some kind of cheat tool, Please do feel free to report them via their player profile or using the ingame reporting tool

• Press ESC
• Click Scoreboard
• Click the suspected cheaters name on the scoreboard
• Click "view profile"
• profile opens and you are then free to file a report

Note : Please do not post the names or share videos of cheating here on the steam forums as doing so violates steam content guidelines

yeh, its 100%, and more, EA can do some money on new cheater accounts to pay to moderators who ban after reporting, but it require some logging system to know that action what cheater did was real. And EA will be happy and players. But they go to rootkit way.


Its like their old marketing thesis "EA - ****** (challange) everywhere"

And how to play in singleplayer, I pay money for that, but they just destroy Linux playable. There at least should be option to disable multiplayer mode(without anticheat) and play only singleplayer

When someone starts the cheating program, the system lags for a while. Does anyone get the same situation?

Before anti-cheat, we at least had community servers which were good. Now, we have a kernel-level software that barely works.

Sad, dislike and uninstall.

the devs said the EAAC aren't kicking hackers just yet, they are currently doing plenty of testing to make sure everything looks good. They apparently will release constant update to the EAAC. Source

don't bother it's all the same, matches felt solid, even like battlefield 4 for a bit, but cheaters are still there, booted up the game after I saw the notification, I saw a teammate with a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ belt fed model 8 and autoaiming fliegelfaust.:steamthumbsdown:

the AC isn't activated yet, It's installed but will be getting turned on in "sections", so that if anything ever goes bad with it such as false flags, they can fix it and whitelist legit things so that there's no false positives for when it gets fully enabled.

EA never know BFV ROBOT, but BFV ROBOT save the game, and now EA kill robot and kill itself. THE GAME IS OVER!

Any ETA when it will be fully enabled (along with the game kicking you out if you haven't EAAC installed)?

Wanting to come back, but I'll hold off till the AC is fully implemented.
