AntiCheat Update.
We're pleased to share that EA Anticheat will be extended to BattlefieldV this Wednesday, April 3rd at 08:00 UTC.

You will need to restart your game to benefit from the changes of this Client Update.

Things to consider when reporting a player for cheating.
• uploading video to youtube helps, either footage ingame of you against the cheater, Or spectator mode footage will help.
• Please note down the time and date of the cheating including timezone, And the Server ID
To get the server ID, Press escape and click on "game info"

In the above examples, You can see
[DICE] TACTICAL CONQUEST - #50725
So you would report the player with accompanying video like so :

Player : player_ID
Server : [DICE] TACTICAL CONQUEST - #50725
Timezone : your timezone
Youtube video URL
Description of cheating here , e.g speedhacking, unlimited ammo, spawning weapons not available in conquest mode, aimbot, wallhack etc etc etc

This is the format I use when I report cheaters and I do receive emails stating that action was taken.

Though it does take a while for EA to fully investigate the account as they obviously don't want to ban legitimate players that are not cheating and were just having a good round.

If you do suspect a player is using some kind of cheat tool, Please do feel free to report them via their player profile or using the ingame reporting tool

• Press ESC
• Click Scoreboard
• Click the suspected cheaters name on the scoreboard
• Click "view profile"
• profile opens and you are then free to file a report

Note : Please do not post the names or share videos of cheating here on the steam forums as doing so violates steam content guidelines

I am again scammed from EA, not in first time.
But maybe they added Wine support a little close time

Mine was doing black screen what i did is updated drivers and windows updates now the game runs not sure if it will work for you guys tho

Всем привет, помогите найти решение вот с такой проблемой во всех играх где используется "EAAntiCheatService".

30 минут и вылет с такой вот записью.

Вот что говорит журнал событий:

Служба "EAAntiCheatService" неожиданно прервана. Это произошло (раз): 1.

Система недавно переустановлена все дрова обновлены, не помогает не переустановка "EAAntiCheatService" в безопасном режиме не добавление в исключения защитника, ну что делать(?:steamfacepalm:

Thank you for destroying Linux support with this. Even if I were a Windows user, I would never let EA kernel level access to my system! Refunding.

i Hope it clears all those chinese cheaters for good.. but i highly doubt it. EA never fails to disappoint me so im intstalling BF5 again but im not getting my hopes up too much.

Imagine trusting EA installing a trojan horse on your PC.

This was never needed, EA could just ban the 10862 times reported cheaters by the users, you could report them but EA didn't do ♥♥♥♥, now they install a rootkit on your PC. LMAO
