Class mastery assignemets not unlocking

I've reached level 20 on my assault as well as level 10 on my support. Class assignements should've unlocked already but they don't show up on the assignements menu which means I can't access to all the cosmetic unlocks they provide. Weapon assignements are working fine so far. I sent an email through the EA page but had no response yet. I hear it's a commom bug and must be fixed by someone at EA, but if there's any way that I can fix it myself I'd love to hear it.

There is no way to fix it by yourself. Only to write a ticket to tech support and asking to unlock it.
