Same here, my guess is their servers are overloaded, i tried buying the game on ea play as well as steam, and it didn't even register, still cant play. my guess is we will have to wait for their servers to catch up.

Hey guys I had the same problem and was about to refund but I logged into my EA from a different location (my iphone) went back to EA on my PC and now my game showed up and I am able to play it just opened it from steam after it showed up on EA. Not sure why this worked but it did.

I try to open my game here through Steam and when I click the play button, EA starts it, shows a warning that the game is being opened and it simply doesn't open, showing an access denied message, which says things like, a person who You have access to this device, you have previously installed the game, anyway... I would like to know if something like this has happened to any of you, please, I need help. Remembering that the game also does not appear in the EA library.

Did your card fail when you first tried to purchase it? I have a feeling EA is struggling to connect with Steam.

GO here and flood EA's system with reports
This is an EA issue, and they need to see how many people they are p1ssing off into filing for refunds
