"You don't have access"

Just bought BF V here on steam, tried to launch it, logged into my correct (and only) EA account and....POOF error, "You don't have access", doesn't start the game and it is not in my EA library either.

Is this a known issue with solution? Cause I can't find anything. Already unlinked and re-linked my steam and ea accounts but it still doesn't work.

I had the same thing, I tried to launch the EA app, connect to my account and stuff. Everything's linked. Now when I launch the game, the EA app opens saying it's preparing the game but it never launch. EA is a pain

I am waiting on a response from customer support but when I log into EA on their homepage and go to their help center, it shows Battlefield V as owned, just not in the app so idk. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ redundant extra launchers man, I hate it.

Origin was a mess, guess what EA app also. EA can't make ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing works properly

Just got a reply from support that they are aware of it and working "hard" on a fix and that I should follow their twitter for any updates....utter joke, if I still cant launch it sometime today, i'll refund it

I bought a BFV on EA server too, took my money but doesn't even show me I have the game.

if you try logging in the ea app via your steam account it never sends the email to verify the account either, totally botched lol

Isn't there a technical department to address and reply to this issue? Americans are usually known for their meticulousness, why haven't they fixed it yet after such a long time?

1h later and still no game in the EA library lol, but funnily enough I was able to request a refund via the EA purchase confirmation email.

I'll keep the game on Steam and wait till they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ it.
